Dona Heller, the President and founder of College Dimensions LLC, did her undergraduate study at Dartmouth College and Bryn Mawr College, and then received her law degree from The University of Pennsylvania Law School. Her daughter (a Harvard-Westlake School graduate) currently attends Dartmouth College, where she's extremely happy and thriving.
As a partner in a large, national law firm, and later as a principal in the Los Angeles law firm of Saphier and Heller, Dona handled a wide variety of business and regulatory matters for corporate clients in the health care field. The research, strategy, marketing, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills that she honed in contested regulatory matters have prepared her well to help students strategize for and navigate through the college application process.
Dona’s knowledge of special education law and related learning disability issues helps her guide students with learning disabilities to identify, select, and transition to colleges that are suited to their particular needs.
Dona played Division III varsity tennis at Bryn Mawr College.
Dona has been an Assistant Professor at Dartmouth Medical School, teaching biomedical ethics.
